Tuesday, August 30th, 2011Around 11am, Shih-jen (張世仁), a former student, paid me a visit, and near the end of our conversation, I requested that she give a short talk to Class 311 in English on how to learn English. Melody’s Presentation, on the Calgary Study Tour and Writing Projects
Monday, October 18th, 2010This afternoon, Melody (陳美麗老師) gave a presentation on this summer’s three-week Calgary study tour, based on her observation as one of the leaders. In her opinion, an important factor determining whether the students enjoyed the tour or not was the host family. About Mingkun’s Speech
Tuesday, March 2nd, 2010This afternoon, in the first 8 minutes, I asked Class 209 to write down whatever they remembered about or learned from Mingkun’s speech last Friday. Here is what they mentioned:
1. HOPEFUL。
2. 成功背後總有許多努力,每天讀書三小時,對於不在行的科目更加以練習及複習。每個人一天都有24小時,能夠充實的利用且不懈的努力,或許不行也能變成可能。 (more…)
